Josh and his team secured great tenants for my two properties efficiently and with record rental values! We recently sold our flat with Foxtons Tooting and would highly recommend them. Throughout the whole process (which was quite long as we took a long time to find a property to purchase!) Viviana, Giorgio and the rest of the team were helpful, friendly and supportive. The viewings process was extremely simple, with all information on an online portal, plus regular communication with the team to confirm timings. They also always took into account our preferences around viewing timings i.e. nothing after 7pm as our son would be in bed! They secured us offers very quickly, and negotiated efficiently until we had a price we were happy with – which was £75k higher than other agents had told us we would get! Viviana then supported us through the sale process and pushed things through extremely quickly so that we were able to complete in just 6 weeks in order to meet our buyers deadline.
