You would be lucky to have him at your service, especially in this market.
Beth was the agent who assisted me with purchasing a flat in Battersea. I have moved home 3x and Beth was by far the best agent I have come across in recent years; very responsive to email/calls and proactive in chasing solicitors. She added a lot of value to the sales process and in dealing with the tricky issues which always crop up. Most importantly, she helped to make what is always a stressful process, a little bit more fun! I would highly recommend her.
Interesting business model. They don't show the date when a flat is available asking you to contact them. If you message them with this question they don't tell you when the property is available either but instead ask you to call. I have other things to keep me busy. You want to keep availability date a secret, be my guest. Other flats advertise openly. Owners beware. Your flat will be on the market for longer because of these tactics, the renters just move on to other agencies which don't think hiding basic information is a brilliant business idea.
