My flatmates and I have been renting a Dexter managed flat for the last year. Recently we had an incident involving an unexpected fire in the building that left us homeless for a few nights. Amanda from Dexter was amazing in terms of coordinating with our landlord, calling to check in everyday and assisting in getting a cleaner/maintenance person.
